Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via DHL Express and will be insured up to the value of the item. Please also note that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

The lead-time for production and delivery of items for sale in the 'Made to Order' section of the website is 10 weeks, items in the 'Ready to Ship' section can take up to a week to be shipped and bespoke items can be upwards of 3 months as each item is made to order.

If you need your piece sooner, please email us and we will try our best to have it ready for your deadline.

If you have any concerns about your item, please contact us immediately and we will try and help rectify the situation or offer any advice. Balint Samad is a solo maker, he carefully considers and handcrafts every piece individually so for this reason we do not offer a refund policy for any items. We hope you understand due to the long hours and personal attention that goes into making each piece to order.
