“Since a young age, I have always been creating. Whether it's drawing, photography or graphic art - I have always been drawn to counter cultures and outside of the box thinking. After falling in love with the old school methods of making jewellery and how tactile the process was, I wanted my array of experiences in other industries to inform my work. The whole idea of creating contemporary yet timeless pieces, designed to be passed down the generations, is at the very core of what I do.”

Balint was born and raised in London - with roots in Malaysia & Hungary. Growing up, he was surrounded by a diverse by mix of cultures and arts. After initially setting out a graphic artist, he pursued a change in direction and started a new career from scratch in jewellery and champions centuries-old craftsmanship, made modern in designs inspired by anything from antique Hungarian embroidery to 90's Hip Hop. His mission is to create jewellery that future generations will wear and adore.

"I have always loved the process of hand making objects and the ultimate goal for my work is that it is wearable and loved. The worst thing for jewellery is for it to sit unseen in a box somewhere. I truly believe that the amalgamation of expert craftsmanship and bold design is a way of expressing ourselves, and the feeling these pieces give us will outlive us and be inherited by the next generation."
