Refund policy
Balint Samad is a solo maker, he carefully considers and handcrafts every piece to suit each individual customer's size and needs, we do not offer a refund policy for any items. This includes items from the shop as well as bespoke commissions, as every piece is made to order. We do hope this does not seem unreasonable and that you understand the long hours and personal attention that goes into making each piece.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a return due to damage in transit or a defective piece. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
